AGE REQUIREMENTS

Although ZAAZOOM may remind you by email from time to time to complete the identity validation process in order to obtain access to your credit report and credit monitoring services, your failure to do so will neither cancel your order nor entitle you to a refund of any amounts paid or to be paid in the future for such products or services. YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME, but failure to pass the identity validation process does NOT cancel your subscription.

When you order any Free Trial, and/or accept any Free Trial Offer, except where previously transmitted to ZAAZOOM by a third party through a secure connection and in connection with another purchase or offer, the transmission of which you expressly authorize and approve, you agree to provide ZAAZOOM with billing and bank account information on the condition that your card will not be charged until the termination of the free trial period as stated in the offer, except with respect to any authorized shipping or processing/setup fee. When you order a free trial, you have until the end of the stated free trial term within which to use and evaluate the product or services and see the results and benefits for yourself. If you are satisfied with the product or services, simply do nothing. Your trial will automatically convert to a regular membership and you will continue to receive the products and/or services. If for any reason, you decide that the product or service is not for you, YOU MAY NOT CANCEL YOUR FREE TRIAL MEMBERSHIP ON-LINE. Simply visit www.getyourcreditmonitoringonline.com within 7 days after registration. If you do not cancel your free trial membership, you will be billed the then applicable monthly billing charge for the product or service until such time as you cancel your membership.

In order to protect and preserve your identity, credit reports and monitoring services may only be provided to those subscribers who PASS our vendors identification validation process. YOUR FREE CREDIT REPORT AND CREDIT MONITORING FREE TRIAL WILL BE ACTIVIATED IMMEDIATELY UPON VERIFICATION OF YOUR BILLING INFORMATION. However, online access to your FREE Credit Report and Credit Monitoring cannot be obtained until you PASS the identity validation process. If you don’t complete and pass the identity validation process, you will be denied access to your FREE Credit Report and Credit Monitoring service, but will not cancel or terminate your Free Trial or your recurring monthly subscription to the Credit Monitoring services. You may complete the identity validation process at any time and you will continue to be billed for the credit products and services you ordered until you cancel. You may not accept the same free trial offer more than once in any twelve (12) month period without ZAAZOOM's prior, express consent. If you accept a free trial offer in violation of this provision, you agree that ZAAZOOM may in its sole and absolute discretion, bill your bank account for one monthly membership fee for each violation.

REFUND POLICY
Processing charges on Free Trial offers are NON-REFUNDABLE. For all cancellations within the 7 day free trial period, you will not be billed for any recurring monthly Credit Monitoring fee. Should any further billing occur, you are entitled to a refund of any and all such charges, provided that you have not accessed your Credit Monitoring services after the free trial period. Where fraud or identity theft is proved in the ordering, registration, identity validation, or billing process, ZAAZOOM reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refund all or any portion of the charges billed. Please allow up to twenty days for the refund to appear in your bank account. BILLING FRAUD AND FRAUD RESOLTUTION
ZAAZOOM and its payment processing affiliates have a zero tolerance policy for fraudulent transactions, including the use of unauthorized bank account or other billing information as payment for products and services. ZAAZOOM will prosecute the fraudulent use of billing information to the fullest extent of the law. In the event of a claim of unauthorized billing or fraud, you agree to assist ZAAZOOM in the timely and complete resolution of the claim, including where applicable the provision of other or additional billing information on your account.

CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
Your membership automatically renews on a monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel your membership prior to any monthly billing cycle by visiting our customer support site at www.getyourcreditmonitoringonline.com. Once you cancel your membership, you will no longer be billed. YOUR FAILURE TO LOG ON TO OUR VENDOR’S INDENTITY VALIDATION PAGE, AND/OR YOUR FAILURE TO ANSWER THE IDENTITY VERIFICATION QUESTIONS PROPOUNDED ON YOU, SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.

TERMINATION BY ZAAZOOM
ZAAZOOM reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and/or cancel your membership at any time without notice. Should ZAAZOOM elect to cancel your membership, ZAAZOOM shall return any unearned portion of your monthly Credit Monitoring fee.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

This Site may include publications with technical inaccuracies or typographical errors that may be corrected as they are discovered at ZAAZOOM's sole discretion. Also, changes are periodically made to the information contained herein. GENERAL These Terms and Conditions of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and ZAAZOOM with respect to your use of this Site and supersede all previous agreements, understandings and representations relating thereto. If any provision of this Agreement or part thereof is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the illegality, invalidity or unenforceability of that provision will not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder of the provision or the remaining provisions of this Agreement, as the case may be, or the legality, validity or enforceability of that provision or part thereof in any other jurisdiction. You agree that ZAAZOOM may send you e-mails which include notices about your account as well as information pertaining to our service, such as featured products or new offerings. You agree that this information is part of your membership and your relationship with ZAAZOOM.
